For years I was very uncomfortable with my sagging breasts to the point where I constantly had to readjust myself in the bathroom at work. Not only was it annoying but it began to affect my self confidence. I met with Dr. Pfeifer and during my first consultation I was put at ease by how thorough she was. She explained everything well and answered any concerns that I had as this was my first surgery. I am very happy with the results of my surgery. She pays great attention to detail and provided clear instructions on pre and post op care. The team was incredibly kind especially Maureen who is such a sweetheart. She is very caring and checked up on me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was doing well and answering any questions that I had. She makes you feel like family! Additionally Danielle handled all financial aspects very well and the anesthesiology team was very comforting.

I am not a person to write reviews but when you have an experience with Dr. Pfiefer and her team, they were nothing short of extraordinary. From the in-office consultation to the post-during check-ups, each day, Dr. Pfeifer made me feel comfortable in the entire journey, and was also very informative of what to expect. I appreciate her staff, especially Rafaellal. When I email her or even text her after hours and even on the weekends she would immediately answer. Rafaellal is passionate, caring and very knowledgeable and made my recovery more successful. Dr. Pfeifer and her team have many clients, but I never felt like a number. I have always felt like my needs were more important than anyone’s. What Dr. and staff can you say that about?

She came highly recommended to me and after a small procedure with her I could see why my friend insisted I go see her! Dr. Pfeifer is not only very good at what she does (this you can find in other surgeons), but she had the ability to listen and hear my needs as if she were about to operate on one of her own family members. I felt extremely comfortable with her and was very happy with my results. After meeting her I don't think I could ever go to another plastic surgeon again.
